Assistant Engineering Manager (AEM) - Banten Cilegon (Banten) Requirements: Min S1 Technical / Mechanical Engineering, graduated from reputable university Max 35 years old Having minimum 3 years experience as Assistant Engineering Manager or similar position; in the field of installation, piping, machinery and maintenance equipment factory Posses good comprehension and analytical in technical / mechanical engineering, theoretically-conceptually adept as well as field work activities Having ability to conduct Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) and total solution for trouble shooting Know and understand 5S, ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 is preferred Initiative, mature, strong leadership, high integrity, analytical, strategic minded and ability to interact and communicate with all level employees Good physical condition as there will be frequent field job Computer literate and fluent communication in English Please choice your desired placement in our business units: Cilegon-Banten All applications will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
